At Kitfit Kitchens, our benchtop service delivers exceptional value and quality: we take precise measurements (or work from your photos and dimensions), source premium materials at trade prices, and expertly fabricate and install each surface complete with accurate cut‑outs and flawless joins ensuring you enjoy a beautiful, durable benchtop tailored to your kitchen, all backed by transparent pricing and local craftsmanship you can trust.
Consultation
Begin by emailing us your drawings, photos, or measurements so we can provide a free, no‑obligation estimate remotely. If you’d prefer an on‑site visit, we’ll arrange an $80 + GST consultation credited in full if you go ahead. During our visit, we’ll bring a curated selection of colours, to review in your kitchen, take precise measurements, and discuss your requirements whether that’s sink and hob cut‑outs, or other bespoke fixtures.
Product Ordering
After you confirm your colours, finishes, and any extras, we’ll send an invoice for your 50% deposit and place your order with our trusted suppliers. Lead times vary by project size, material availability, and shipping, but we’ll keep you updated at every stage and schedule installation as soon as your benchtops arrive—ensuring a seamless, worry‑free experience.
Removal & Installation
Our suppliers craft each benchtop to order, so once your deposit is paid and the new surfaces arrive—typically within 4–5 weeks, depending on material and availability—we’ll schedule your installation. We’ll remove the old benchtop and fit the new one, handling any on‑site resizing or joinery adjustments needed for a perfect finish. We’ll keep you informed throughout to minimise delays and ensure a seamless installation.
Clean up
Once installation is complete, we’ll clear away all debris, give your space a thorough clean, and perform a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. Our team stands behind every project with a satisfaction guarantee—and we’re always just a call away if you need any adjustments or support down the road.
