Our proven process ensures a seamless transition from design through installation, coordinating with any trades as needed to deliver the kitchen you’ve always imagined.
Consultation
Begin by emailing us your drawings, photos, or measurements so we can provide a free, no‑obligation estimate without an on‑site visit. If a site inspection is necessary, we’ll arrange an onsite consultation at a cost of $80 + GST which is credited in full if you proceed.
From there, our decade of cabinetry expertise means we’ll refine your design with modern features and premium materials that maximise space and functionality, guiding you seamlessly from concept through installation alongside any required trades.
Design & Quote
We’ll begin with a no‑obligation estimate based on your supplied drawings, photos, or measurements—so you can gauge the cost before any detailed design work. Should you choose to move forward, we charge $250 + GST for bespoke 3d drawings, which is fully credited back if you proceed.
Once approved, you’ll receive your tailored design visuals and firm quote within 3–5 days; we’ll then review any tweaks, do a potential second visit to confirm and finalize everything for your sign‑off.
Manufacturing & Building
This phase is the most time‑intensive. Once you’ve approved the quote and paid your deposit, we submit your plans to our suppliers and order all required materials—typically a 3–5‑week lead time depending on the kitchen purchased, painted kitchens take longer.
We’ll keep you informed at every milestone and lock in your installation date as soon as everything arrives. While larger cabinet components are assembled in our workshop, final assembly and adjustments take place on‑site to guarantee a good fit.
Removal & Installation
We’ll kick off by scheduling your chosen plumber and electrician (or arranging them for you) to disconnect services just before we remove the old kitchen. On removal day, we clear out the old units, and your contractors complete their rough‑in work (plumbing and electrical) while our team preps the space if required in quote.
Once everything’s ready, we install your new cabinets, benchtops, and fixtures, then have trades return at a scheduled time for final connections. Finally, we’ll haul away all debris, leave your home spotless, and hand over a beautifully finished kitchen you’ll love.
